Bob Klimas.
2. Cathy Wokonovicz, after
serving as the secretary for the general and board meetings for the

last month of $1,683.65 leaving a balance of $698.20.
4. New residents: Dave Russell,
Dave and Marlene Remillard
5. Wayne Speicher - Road
Microsealing Project
Wayne asked for input on the
project.
Pros:
Looks better than it did before and overall color is good.
Cons:
Looks awful; surface is crumbling, loose and rough; debris is
tracked into the house; color varies and patches are noticeable;
edges of driveways uneven; sealer not cleaned off of driveways; poor
grade of product. Overall consensus is that it is not a professional
job and way below Villages’ standards.
Wayne will take the issues to
the CDD2 meeting on Friday, January 13th. He asked that
Loopers be present at the meeting to show support for our concerns.
Don Mooty will send out an email with meeting details.
